Building Owner - You're the one doing the work

You're planning or carrying out building work that affects a shared wall or boundary — such as an extension, loft conversion or structural alteration. Under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 you'll need to serve the correct notices on your neighbours before work begins, and we can handle the whole process for you.

Adjoining Owner - Your neighbour is doing the work

Your neighbour is planning or carrying out work that affects a shared wall or boundary, and you've received a party wall notice or have concerns. You have rights under the Act to protect your property, and we can advise and represent you — with the Building Owner typically covering our fees.
