Services

Specialist party wall services for building owners and adjoining owners — notices, schedules of condition and awards, handled from start to finish.

More Ways to Support You

We connect clients with trusted specialists across a range of property and construction disciplines. If your project requires expertise beyond party wall matters, we'll introduce you to experienced professionals who can provide the advice you need.

Architect

Planning permission and building regulations can be just as challenging as party wall matters. Whether you're considering an extension, loft conversion, new build, or need advice on permitted development rights, we work with trusted architects and planning consultants who can guide you through every stage of the process.

We'll happily introduce you for a free, no-obligation initial consultation, giving you clear, practical advice before you commit.

Structural Engineer

Many building and renovation projects require structural engineering expertise, whether you're removing a load-bearing wall, constructing an extension, undertaking basement works, or making significant structural alterations.

We work with experienced structural engineers who can provide structural calculations, technical drawings, inspections, and practical guidance to help keep your project safe, compliant, and progressing smoothly.

Rights of Light

Rights of Light issues can arise when proposed developments have the potential to reduce the natural light reaching neighbouring properties. Identifying potential concerns at an early stage can help minimise delays, disputes, and costly redesigns.

We work with specialist Rights of Light consultants who can assess your proposal, advise on potential risks, and recommend the most appropriate course of action.

Solicitor

Some property and construction matters require specialist legal advice, particularly where disputes become complex or formal legal proceedings are necessary.

We work with experienced property and construction solicitors who can provide clear, practical legal guidance tailored to your circumstances. If appropriate, we'll arrange a complimentary, no-obligation initial consultation so you can understand your options with confidence.

Not sure which service you need?
